swap a 2.7 engine in 2001 intrepid whith 2.7 2004 seabring

is-it a big job to install a 2.7 engine from a 2004 seabring in a 2001 intrepid. Do i have to make big change on the seabring engine.

the only changes that I am aware of is probably the front accesory drive belt pulley(s) location and motor mounts.

Do a 2.7 to 3.2 conversion instead if you do not want change the engine anymore.The 3.2 is cheaper than the 2.7 and runs a whole lot better.The cheapest way is to find a donor car that has been wrecked,you have the parts on hand and you do not have to go an auto salvage yard everytime for an extra part saving you time.The 3.2 fits in with no problems.
