need HELP wif a 1996 GA and passlock

I had a faulty gauge cluster/replaced cluster and theft light would blink .
After doing the on 10 mins off 10 sec 3 times the theft light now remains fully lit and no matter how long the key is in the on position the light will not go out and ive also tried the keyon reset aproxx 3 times since ,with no luck am i doing something Wrong ?Need advice asap!

Try to disconnect the neg. battery terminal. leave it off fo about 1/2 hour and reconnect. I have heard of other members doing this or suggesting it I have not had to try it but all it cost is a little labor and time.

no luck disconneting the neg cable lef it off all night still dosent start

did you hook up this dash cluster with the battery hooked up?

Hum.. May hav fried the cluster with the power on, though I hav not done this myself but I hav seen it happen. Maybe I'm wrong, but its the case with many other electronic devices.
