air vent removal

after removing the air vent from the far right side of the dash, how do you remove the part the air vent is in. the air damper disconnected and to reconnect it, that piece has to come out. this is on a 1998 blazer.

Not real sure on that vent but, many cars (& trucks) pop rivet alll the ductwork together.
