Radiator drain plug location.

I've got a 96 sebring with the 2.5. The radiator really needs to be flushed. Problem is i cain't find the radiator drain plug. I got a prestone flush kit. I also need to know which hose it is that connects the water pump to the heater core for the (T) piece of the kit. Any help is appreciated. Thanx!

Under a small hose that is on the rear side bottom of the radiator, passenger side.
