Well I searched dsmtuners and didnt find an answer for a 95 eclipse bumper removal.
Ive taken out the 5 10mm screws on top, the 6-8 underneath and the 2 inside the wheel well on each side. And it still looks like the bumper is held on under the headlights. From what I read, you have to take off the bumper first to get to the headlights, now thats confusing. Im considering just cutting the rest of it off since its basically trash anyways, but I wanna atleast put it back on right lol.

There are some screws that are by the headlights that are almost impossible to get too. I tried reaching up to them for atleast two hours and then i just said screw it and yanked on the bumper until the screws broke. You dont really need to secure it there anyways. Also good luck getting the bumper back on. Its just as bad as getting it off. I ended up using alot of zipties.

Did you get the screws behind the side marker lamps? When I took my bumper off, there were either two or four big bolts underneath the car I took out. Then I took out the whole bumper and the bumper cover at the same time to make it easier.

I think they're right below the inner corner of the headlights, or somewhere in that region

see those two rails sticking out? There are two bolts on each of those, you can mentally line it up to see where they are. Once you look under the car you'll see 'em.

the screws under the headlights r plastic. there a bitch to get to but u can break them off if u stick a flat head between the the headlight and the bumper. it will take some time and work but they will break off.
