starting problem

my 98 I-30t won't start battery good everythings seems ok, when U turn the key the clock goes off, like the ground was disconected. This problem happened about 2 weeks ago I played w/the ground wire and it worked fine until now. Please any suggestings please? One more thing the car does not turn over thats why I think ground problem.

- Check gnd wire chassis attachement condition (usually under batt tray).

- Alt connectors oxidized - no charge, batt empty.

THANKS for getting back to me, my problem was the internal ground at the starter. Repaired wires starts fine.

have new problem 2000 nissan altima fuel system will not pressurize? change fuel water seperator still no pressure.

Possibilities are:
- Tank Empty,
- Pump: dirty, broken, no supply voltage (fuse, loose connector, broken wire)
- Fuel hose broken, blocked, collapsed, pinched

Worst case: need to take pump out for inspection
