93 Jetta GL Relays

Can anyone tell me if the blower motor and wiper motor are on the same relay? If they are or not where are/is they/it located?

I'd be willing to bet my Jetta that they are two seperate relays. As for location, mine are located on the fuse block. i had to guess which one was whick because someone peeled off the layout sticker.
