Driver side power failure

Ok so I put in Alpine four channel 6x9's in the back and 6.5 alpines in the doors. I got everything set, speakers sound great, but now my power window on the driver side, power mirror and the lock button doesn't work. I checked the wiring and it's hooked up, and the passenger side is working. Any thoughts on what the problem might be. I have a 02 Z24
