Radio fuse problem on Cougar 2000

I just change the Alternator on my wife 2000 Cougar, since then, the radio is not working or to be more precise the fuse ( 15 Amps ) is blowing/burning as soon as i put it in.
Need help....thank...

You have a short in the circuit. You are going to have to physically check the circuit. Look for bad connections, rubbed or pinched wires. Use a wiring diagram to help guide you. Unplug parts of the circuit and see if you can eliminate various components and connections. I have found it easier to have an enlarged copy of the wiring diagram. It makes it easier mark off things I have checked and to make notes on.
Be patient and methodical, you will find the problem.
I had a similar problem on a car. It turned out to be a burned plug behind the fuse panel.
