Gas tank?

Hey whats going on guys..IV noticed when I try to put gas into my car It goes down hella slow almost like its full but its not .Any ideas y?

you mean when you pump gas in it it goes down the neck slow in to the tank? if so it is because the necks on the tanks are not very wide and the do not have a vent in them so it is just like that, you have to have the gas pump handel in just right or it will keep on kicking back at you.

The neck that goes to the gas tank, ya it is small and narrow so gas can not down very quickly, so you have to get the pump in just right to have it go it smoth.

so thats why it always kicks back after like 4 bucks i always figured it was just the way the pipe was bend but makes sense if its got a smaller pipe

ya, i was thinking of making a costome pipe with like a heat bend so it flows better. But then you have to find the same material that the original is made out of so it don't rust or any thing. But for now all i can say is pump slow.
