Hey whats going on guys..IV noticed when I try to put gas into my car It goes down hella slow almost like its full but its not .Any ideas y?

Your Chevelle tank may not be vented other than the via the filler neck, so when you fill it, the air in the tank has to escape as the fuel is going down... not much of a problem -- modern fillers attempt to seal the tank opening so as not to vent gasoline fumes into the atmosphere. Keeping the little "hat" or nipple raised above the filler opening may help, as well a little "touch" on the handle to slow the flow rate.

*** Fuel injected cars run such high fuel pressure that the tank actually has vacuum in it (whooooosh) , so the problem is not as severe.
