1996 Sunfire Engine Wiring Harness

We recently purchaseed a 1996 Sunfire that was vandalized and has had the engine wiring harness cut and pieces are missing.

We removed the remainder of the harness from the engine and I would like to know where can I purchase a replacement harness as this one is not repairable.
