1998 Lincoln Brake light question

I have a brake light out and need to change it, the book suggests taking it into a dealership to have it done.....but I am wondering if someone can
give me a link to a url or tell me how to change the brake light myself??

Nevermind....believe I found the bolts that I need to remove to change it myself......thanks anyway :)

however....anyone have any idea WHY my side turn signal lights won't flash? guess my first try will be checking my fuses.
