Projector Headlight Questions

Im looking on ebay, i already ordered black jdm euro tail lights, waiting for them to arrive, now i have a question about the Black Projector headlights, im seeing the regular ones and than im seeing the blue ones

what is the difference, does the blue look nicer or is this an ebay crap gimmick?

JDM Euro taillights? You know the "J" in JDM stands for Japanese, right?

Anyway, I think the blue looks stupid. Get the first ones.

No I didn't know thats what it stood for I thought it was a brand lol, not Euro I guess but they still look nice
