how do I get the door panel off to replace mirror?

I got a mirror to replace a broken one on the passengers side. The door is half way off but I can't get the window handle off. pls help!!

crank or power?

I never worked on crank lol

put a cloth between the handle and pull and tug on it, theres a spring in there you need to let loose, takes a while had to do the same on my contour.

thanks I was able to get it off and replace the mirror as my husband stood there watching thinking I was going to tear it up but it worked!
