94' Achieva with dead engine.

Hello, I'm new to this forum.
My question and dilemma...I own a Red, 94', 2dr, Achieva, with 122 thousand miles. It has a very clean interior, no upholstery tears, or dashboard cracks. The body is in great condition. It has 122 thousand miles.
But the engine is dead...I think it's a blown rod.
What would you suggest I do with this vehicle to sell it? What do you think it’s worth?
The car is in Laguna Beach, CA.
