My first post test (PO422 OBD 11 code)

My 99 beetle has this regulary reoccuring code (PO422). I reset and it returns in approximately 50 miles. It translates to Main TWC efficiency low bank one. It runs great and gets 30mpg + (highway). Any ideas out there? Thanks.
