Can i get 150HP from a 1g gs?

i got a 1992 GS with a 2.0 non-turbo.. stock i think this thing is 135HP? can i build 150HP or more with out getting a turbo for it?

Anytime you mod a car your going to get some type of gain out of it. 15 hp is nothing that hard to get. Cold Air Intake, Header, Exhaust. Bang, 20 hp right there.
