NZ Insurance Questions...

I know this is really specific! My 97 GTB(manual of course) is insured at the over 25yo rate (I am only 22, it was arranged by a friend). I have been told I am not allowed to make any modifications to my car until I reach 25 or my premium will shoot up (it more than doubles). Does anyone know (the insurance company can not tell me) what “modifications” includes. I know that I can not out a bigger bore on the car, no lowering kits, no new spring kits…etc. Help?

Yep, no powerchips, no turbos, no supercharger... just K&N airfilters and (I think safe to say) simple modifications that won't be mentioned in your accident report , should it arise.
