If you need it for hormone therapy, go see a doctor. If your looking for it to build muscle its not going to be powerful enough to give you any benefits.

i did see a doctor and he doesn't want to give it to me yet, even though my blood test results were low-normal (and i'm 22). i thought i would expedite the process.

If your doctor doesnt want to give you any medication he probably has good reasons. Either he doesnt think that your testosterone levels are low enough to require it or there are other health related reasons.

There are ways you can naturally boost your testosterone levels. Eat more meats, dont be afraid of fats, and try not to eat as many starches and simple sugars. You can also lift weights, heavy weights like 4-8 reps and concentrating on your major muscle groups like your legs (squats) chest (bench press, dips) and back (chin-ups) will boost your testostserone levels. Try to work out for 1 hour MAX, after about an hour your testosterone levels start to decline and you wont be doing yourself much good.
