I did a tranny swap from an auto to man transmission. Everthing is in and everthing works. Does anybody now what I have to do to the computer (ecu). I can unplug the tranny connector out of the ecu and the only thing that happens is that when the car is cold it idles high. Thats it. When warm it idles fine. Does anybody know what to do to the stock harnness

I put the man. ecu in it, and the car idle at 1500 rpm, and was blowing blue smoke. I tried to drive it and it ran like @#%#. so i put the AT ecu back in.
