Tachometer.

The '91 Sentra I bought is a manual... And has no tachometer. I know you dont need one, but I am new to stick shift, and it would help a lot. If I were to buy one that sticks on your dash, how does that go about being installed? Can I do it myself? How much would it cost?

Thanks.

Well, if you've never done anything like it before, I wouldn't try to do it yourself. If it helps, your max speeds in each gear are:

1st: 35
2nd: 55
3rd: 80

You shouldn't be redlining 4th or higher without a tach though.

It's a 5 speed... I can get to 80 in the third? Wow.

And also, I haven't driven it yet (just been taken for a drive in it, either way, it is in great condition, and a great deal)

I read somewhere that these have no power steering... I remember us losing power steering ocne, and it was incredibly hard to steer. Will it be like this?

(I have to get it insured and registered before they give me the keys)

A car that originally had power steering but it is broken will be much more difficult to turn than a car that didn't have it in the first place. Plus the only time it'll really matter is in parking lots. Once you're going even 5mph it's a breeze.
