after i crashed my car the airbag light is on because i haven't replaced them just shoved them back in and used a shit load of super glue and well my service light is on and i was wondering why it would be on cause my engine sounds better then ever i was wondering would it be 1) because my coolant is low? 2) because my airbags have been deployed and i need to remove the module? or 3) because something is fucked in my motor? how would i find what the problem is??????? is there a way to check the code without the codechecker......

Depending on the year model, the headlights are ran on seperate fuses, located in the fuse panel under the hood. You need to get the trouble codes pulled to find out what is wrong. Most autoparts stores do this free. If it is a '96 or newer, one thing to check is the vacuum line going to the EVAP canister behind the bumper, drivers side. I've seen these get soaked with oil and become loose.

well my airbags went off and t\i didn't take the airbags out yet just pushed them in and glued everything shut so it looks ok ......was wondering if that's it or not.......but today i tried to warm it up and it got way hotter than normal running temp. and someone else said that it might be that i have air pockets or something like that......i was wondering cause my car is a 2000 cavalier that i need to check the codes but ya know im an old school mechanic so i like to narrow things down first ya know? any other ideas?? ohh yeah where is EVAP line? and what is it for??

If you get the codes ran, it will give you a good idea whats wrong..so you don't have to narrow things down as much..
