NBC TV story (http://www.nbc4.tv/news/5956927/detail.html).

All I have to say, at 81 years, couldn't him and the mouse just get along and share the place.

Wow that was a great read, I love how NBC was making fun of the guy. But who the hell kills a mouse by burning it? What a retard lol, he deserved it.

he even lost his truck :loser:

that's the only one occasion where I would laugh at my own house burning down.

p.s. RazKaz, the mouse did survive, and it now resides in Mouseville as spoken about in The Green Mile.

Eh, I live in New Mexico. This is very normal compared to the other things that happen here.

One of the girls I work with always says to never kill anything because of karma. I agree.

This is an example of instant karma. I think that mouse was someone very important in it's past life.

Like Mother Teresa.

The dude just said in the article that the mouse was dead when he threw it in the leaves and the house burned from winds blowing the flames. WTF are ya'll talkin' about?

According to the initial report, Mares threw the critter in a pile of burning leaves near his home, but it ran back to the house on fire. A local firefighter said the mouse ran to just beneath a window and the flames spread up the window and throughout the house.
