A/C Temp Questions!!! Plz HELP!!!

ok, I got my a/c controls hooked up and it only blows hot, there are two like metal lines with little circles on the end of them, where do they go??? I think that has something to do with it b/c they are supposed to be connected onto the temp control part! where does the other end of the two things go??? plz help!

Those metal lines with hoops at the end are what shifts the air ducts flaps, They connect to plastic nipples behind the center console under the dash, I can't tell you exactly where it is though.

I think I found it but I cant connect them anymore so when i change the temp in the car I'm just gonna get up under the dash and move the little thing it hooks to. Both of the lines connect to the same nipple right?
