formula

i have a 87 with a tuneport,5speed,4wheel disk and t tops. the body is not in the best shape,i was going to pull the drivetrain out of it, to put in a 94. but someone told me that my formula is worth more than the 94 would be. also would the mill even fit in the 94.thanks for any info. Chuck
