is it some type of throtal problem?

ok its a 92 2.0 talon non turbo. when i start him and he runs theres little to no power. after a little bit of him running as i push on the gass the rpm drops dramasticlly and stalls out the car unless i counter with the clutch or take my foot off the gass and just let it iddle in nutral. after he stops theres no gitting him going even if i turn him off and then back on. but after a while sometimes like an hour or so he will alow me to move him untell he desides ta cut off again......... hes verry tempermental ........... please help

Start with the basics. Do your maintenance, look for vacumm leaks, check your ignition system (plugs, wires, etc.). Go to www.vfaq.com and read up. After you do all that let us know if your problem is fixed, or the symptoms have changed or anything.

Alright well i replaced tha plugs, wires, and fuel filter. which alowed me to start tha car and it no longer stalls out when i push on tha gass and drive for a bit but it still lacks tha power that i know it has. It dosent lag as much but it still lags a little. And now tha alternator fuse keeps blowing so i guess that means that the alternator is dead????????? oh and i checked all tha vacume hoses for cracks, there all good. ohh and thanks for tha link it did help alot since i dont have tha owners manuel yet
