sitting in our drive

Hi...I've never been on here before so excuse my ignorance...just want a little advice...we have a 91 Gran Prix sitting in our drive for a while...it smokes at the steering wheel...it ran before that...and we just want to sell it for the engine...I think it is a 3.1 Formula 1...my question is how do you sell something like? Is there someplace where I can list this...? I just want to get it out of the driveway...

Smoke at the steering wheel usually indicates a bad turn signal switch/harness assembly. The grease at the contacts gets all over and starts to burn. What does the car do now? Does it turn over, start, nothing?
