2002 Sunfire Wont Turnover

I have a 2002 2.2L Ecotec Sunfire (4dr)
I got into the car yesterday, pulled it out of my spot drove about a few feet then it died on me. I called my buddy to help me figure it out. I recently got my coil pack replaced because my other one was only running on two cylinders. We swapped it with the old part - wont start - put the new part back in - replaced the fuel filter, it was badly clogged, but still wont start. Gas is at the valve by the engine, i can hear the fuel pump start when i turn my key - but the car just wont turn over... What could it be??? The only other thing I can think of is my computer. We tried starting the car with jumper cables and without, but each time the same result, everything powers up - but the car wont turn over. I'd like to get an idea before i break down and tow my car to the garage... any ideas????
