Freewheel or interfearince motor

Like the title says, is the 4g63 a freewheel or interfearence type motor? Since its low comp I would assume it would be freewheel but I wanted to find out for sure because I've heard storys of bent valves

interference. just ask my 8 bent valves from the last guy doing the tbelt wrong. fixed now
