help me, i dont know what i pressed!

i had my arm resting on the keyboard and didnt realize it. I hit some hotkeys i guess and now my internet toolbar is screwed up and my taskbar wont stay on top of my windows. if your wondering i do have the box to lock the taskbar checked under properties. Thanks for any help and dont get too mad at my ignorance.
