what next for suspension?

i have tokico illumina shocks and struts,skunk2 coilovers, and skunk 2 front and rear camber kits. i wanted to build up the suspension more but im not sure what to do next. Basically i want the car to be stiff as hell and handle very well on turns. im working with about $350 for now. what would you guys recommend?

sway bars, really good for hugging the road

lower tie bars (fornt and back) and upper strut bars (front and back) would be a good next step
