Has anyone replaced valve covers on 3.2 sho engine? can you pass along some helpfull info?

Yep. How much work have you done on your SHO? It's not as bad as it looks, just don't be afraid, but also take your time and look rather than just tugging at things.

Also, do you have a large variety of tools, hex keys, deep sockets (pretty much all metric), open end wrenches, and somewhat smallish arms? Probably the hardest part is getting the upper intake runners off. There are four brackets (two front, two rear) and the two rear can be a bit of a trick. Also, pay attention to where the ground wires are attached and make sure you get them all put back on. Removing the plastic rain shield/trim piece along the upper firewall will make things much easier too. There are also some throttle body coolant lines on the underside of the throttle body that need to be disconnected and can be a bit tricky.

I suggest you visit www.shotimes.com and peruse the "Care and Feeding" section. This task should be very similar to how most of us change plugs and wire. I assume you will be doing that as well while you're in there?
