Si hiway kill

So I'm not quite back at school yet, we stopped at my gf's house for the weekend, and we're heading back tommorow, however, I still managed to get a race in. And all things considered, it was a nice kill...

We were somewhere in Arkansas, just past Little Rock on 40 east, and I'm cruising in the left lane, got Sirius on Area 33, and just cruising while my gf does her little word find things. I look in my rear view and see this obnoxious looking black thing comming up on us pretty fast, but before I could change lanes, he jumped over into the right lane, passed us, then got back into the left lane. Turns out its a last gen Civic Si (the one that looked like a small minivan), with an exhaust. I thought at first it was a fart can, but it actually sounded pretty nice, not ricey at all. I punch it, and catch up to him, right behind him. He gets behind some slow ass pickup, and when the pickup (pacing a damned 18wheeler) finally gets his ass over, he punches it, and so do I. We were both going about 80 when we punched it, which puts me in fourth gear where, unless I start in third, I get no power.

He gets a slight pull, but, despite the computer, five bags full of clothes, a bag full of shoes, a PS2, a stereo, and a passanger, I catch up, and get beside him, and pull on him so his nose is at my rear wheel when I shut down, as we were doing about 130, and comming up very fast on dead stopped traffic. He looks over with a kinda suprised look on his face, and I give him the thumbs up. My girlfriend is also kinda suprised, as I am educating her in the way of the car (as much as I can, lol), and shes was like...wow, with all that extra wieght, we still managed to pull on that car.

We never saw the guy again, which kinda sucked cuz I wanted to try to ask him what mods he had on his Si. I also got blown outa the water by a Triumph Daytona this morning, but that was expected, and the guy was cool about it. Not to bad for a "mid to high 16 second car", if you ask me. Anyways, I'll hopefully have some more races on the way from my gfs house to school tommorow, including one against my buds TSX. Tired of getting his ass kicked by me, he got an intake, headers, and exhuast all installed over the break. I'll have pictures of that, along with pics of Cassie, and some other nifty shots, up soon, as I finally have a digi cam. Peace out homes, and ---, sorry we never got to race, but shit got so busy when my gf came in, I was tired as hell, and didn't really wanna go out at night. But next time I'm in Texas, I promise we'll get something in. Lata

hah a kid down here got one of those after the hurricane, hes another cocky one, but so far hes got beat by everyone he raced. altima 2.5 4spd, 95 civic coupe, and a few others i forget.
