Vibration with 02 Grand Caravan

I have 02 Grand Caravan with a vibration problem. While parked, I turn the steering wheel and it produces a strong vibration which is heard throughout dash. Checked exterior and front wheels vibrate tremendously while turning the steering wheel as well.
Any suggestions for vibration are appreciated.
