Vibration

I just wanted to ask what would cause my steering wheel to vibrate at an idle?
when the car is in park its ok, but and soon as i shift into drive and idle at a light or drive thru its out of control.
1996 dodge stratus
2.4L

Have you checked your moto mounts? My sister's stratus needed a new rear motor mount that caused horrible vibration when shifted out of park, after the replacement it ran smooth as butter!
