Finally ordered and installed my new JoeP mbc today. Took about an hour considering we had to make a trip to Advanced Auto for a new t fitting and a rubber stopper. The thing that took the longest time was trying to figure out where and how to mount it, since it didn't come with a bracket or something. We finally mounted it to the UICP coupler by using 3 zip ties - one to circle the whole coupler, one to go around 1 port on the controller, and one on the other port of the controller. Then, loop it through the 2 ties on each port.

Happy to say that I didn't blow up anything, and that this stopped my spiking at 20 psi (still don't know why it did). Now it holds a steady 14.5-15 psi!

Here is a picture of it installed, and a visual on how it's mounted:

Looks good!

I'm gonna get the same one and I'm gonna try to mount mine inside somewhere so I don't have to get out everytime I wanna turn it up. lol

Where/how is yours mounted, crunchy?

top left of my valve cover, I have it routed on the same line as the BOV coming from the fuel pressure line.

and to the poster above, if you try to route it inside, you get a bad pressure reading since the hose is so long. It will mess up your boost levels.

Looks good. I'm glad the inside mounting thing was cleared up before I tried it lol
