94 accord starting problem

I have 94 accord with 133+k on it. In last 6 months 3 times did not start, it will start after 10 to 15 minutes without doing anything. Key will turn all the way but won't start or even make any noise. Last time a new thing came up, as soon as key turns all directional blinkers starts and keep on for a minute or so even if I pull key out and shut the door. For note, I changed radio (at electronic store) 6 months back and this problem never occured before change of radio.

I have seen some radio instalations that were real hack jobs and caused some strange things to happen. I suggest unplugging the radio and seeing if the problems are still there. If they are than take the car to your ASE certified mechanic.

did you have an alarm installed on this vehicle? or did the previous owner have one installed? i ask b/c both the no start and blinking lights are both characteristics of what an alarm would do if activated. as for why you would have to wait to start...not sure about that. i would start by check to see if you have an alarm installed. if so...remove it and re-run the starter signal wire.
