I know there is a TrailBlazer section but I now more people have trucks with the same tow hooks so here I go. I am leasing a 05 TB EXT 5.3 and got it stuck on new years eve. I got pulled out by a VW Beetle (YA I know) and the toe hook bent and cracked the front bumper. I was curious if this is covered under warrenty or not..

No it's not covered under warranty. It's physical damage. It can go along with your mental damage from getting your 4x4 pulled out by a VW and bending your hook to boot I guess. :iceslolan

and it did bend the bumper so....?
all depends on your chevy dealer and how easy going they are.
but i do have one question how much damage to the beetle

So let me see if i have this right, you were stuck somewhere with your 4x4 but a beetle ........ a BEETLE , was able to drive through there AND pull you out ?? Tires will make a bit of a difference but not a whole lot. IMO driving skill can make up for poorer tires, possibly you lack both lol. You could of at least said it was a ford that pulled you out lmao !! I do not think any kind of body damage is covered by warrenty at all. A beetle ???? LOL , sorry.

I have only known girls who drove those, except for this one big ass black dude I know who had one. It was kinda funny to see him get out of that.

More like depends on how stupid they are. They have to hang on to those parts in case they get called back for inspection. If GM sees them, could spur a warranty audit. Nobody wants that. A dealer that makes a practice of replacing customer's goof ups under warranty is asking for trouble.
Step up to the plate or call your insurance company.

Man you done missed the boat.

YA YA YA YA A VW pulling out my Trailblazer. Heres the story I got a little happy on new years eve and decided to go 4X4ing threw some snow in my buddys yard and made it all the way back to driveway except the last 5 feet where the driveway had been plowed. And no nothing happened to the VW that I know of except an ego boost. So thats the story how the VW pulled out the 4X4..

So you had a few bottles of instant manliness and decided that it would be a great idea to tear up the yard on the way out and got stuck. Having your buds see the big VW pull you out after that stunt makes the story even more funny. Sorry. :grinyes:
