Headlight imbalance?? help please

hey guys, i changed my headlights awhile ago, from stock to aftermarket high color temperature lights. These were really cheap but recently are blowing left n right. Right now i replaced them again, and i found that the driver side is really bright, while the passenger side is really dim. The light bulbs are the same, the fuses are ok (correct fuse rating) I was wondering if anyone can figure out the problem. If you can, thank you!

also, the driver side gets so hot it melted the last plug, so i had to get a new one, then this new one is starting to melt also, the bulbs are 4500k
