Painting my Spoiler

Need some help on how to strip my aluminum spoiler and what kind of paint to use to repaint it. It is an aftermarket spoiler. As i stated it is aluminum and it had sctraches and chipped paint everywhere on it. Just looking for some suggestions... Thanks
