I have a 2001 town car and the battery goes dead overnite, have tried removing fuses, but still has a drain on the battery.

Did you do ALL the fuses? Obviously there is a current draw after you switch off. A serious one at that.
Do you have a multi meter? Test for current draw at each fuse.
You may also want to try joining crownvic.net (http://www.crownvic.net/ubbthreads/index.php) and asking there. It's a forum for Panther platform owners and maybe someone can from experience tell you the likely suspects.
Hope this helps.

sounds like your alternator isn't charging the battery after the car is ran. get that checked out.
