Ok, your english sucks, but from what I understand you want to know if it's better to build your D series or swap a built B18 into your civic.
My personal opinion is that a built B18 will always be better, but I personally don't really care that much about speed and just want fun to drive. I am building my d16z6, because I have this thing against putting an engine that is worth more than my car as a whole in the car. I'd rather spend the 5k or whatever to put twords a better car that is faster from the start. Don't get me wrong, civics can be fast, and I personally like them, but there are cars out there that can be much faster without spending as much money.
But hey, that's just my opinion, and I know people will disagree, but more power to them if they have the money and the will to make a civic a truely fast car, I'm just looking to have some fun driving it while staying relatively cheap.

if you use the b18 you will take the best age for the motor but if you play in the d series the life of the motor will be so small.

Think hany means that the b18 will be stock, so it will be more reliable, compared to the D-series that you will modify. I'm assuming that's what he said anyways.
But it depends on how much $ you're willing to spend, and what your power goals are.

i mean as civicspoon told you. adding turbo and supercharger and like that things make the life of the motor is short so if he use a b18 with its great hp and will not add turbo or like this things that make life of the motor will not be short . i hope you get me.

boost a D series and you wont regret it. B16s and B18s are great motors but it seems like everyone has one in their EGs or EKs now... Id try for a turbo for your D-- thatd be sick
