Help and FAST PLEASE

I am looking at buying a 63 beetle tomorrow. It is really good shape with little to no rust. Only 2 visible spots.

It starts well and there is no smoke out the exhaust.

All factory original parts and has been certified vintage with collectors plates.

Only problem is it is pink.

I can get this car for 2000.00us/2500 canadian.

Is that a good price.

2000US$ is a very good price.
I paid mine 3750€ and it was in the same condition you describe.
I don't know what's the market in USA for Beetles, but here in Europe, a 63 beetle with +/- no work can reach 4000 to 4500€.
If you only have to repaint it, buy it.
