hey guys my car right now is running on three cylinders the power is very lackluster any idea how long i can drive on it for plus my power locks work only when it rains, power windows have nothing o do with engine

Well, it all depends on why the one cylinder isn't working. Is it missing compression? No fuel or spark? In theory, it can run for a normal life span on only 3 cylinders, but in reality, you need to address the problem. Do a compression check, and also make sure it is getting fuel and spark, then I can help you with suggestions on how to fix it.
As for your power lock problems, check for shorts in the electrical system, specifically, problems with the ground(s).

if you are running only on three cylinders, then, you should be misfiring. CELs are? you should not run on 3 cylinders. as mentioned above, fuel? spark?
