Be carefull were you bye your suspension if you lower or upgrade, i bought mine through www.PFYC.com and its not even the right one. the one listed is made for a ford taurus, and they know it. you will bottom out i used them with eibach springs. the company $1,800.00 later is refusing to take them back unless there faulty... catch one there the wrong one not broken. Go through GMgoodwrench for that part...

Taurus...ouch! Thanks for the heads up. I haven't had any problems with PFYC yet but info is good to know.

Are U talking about the koni's?? Im pretty sure the GM performance koni's are going to be the same.

Bottoming out is just part of the game when lowering these damn cars. Ive got held coilovers so Im lower then you'll ever be w/ the koni's and eibachs, so I know about bottoming out. Bottoming out, vibration at speeds, overall poor handling, all of these things happen when lowering the gp.

the koni from pfyc provides 1/2 inch of travel when used with the koni coils it lowered mine 2 inches or so and you push down and it bottoms it was that easy, i asked koni the diff and they said the screw in the bottom which pushes the cartridge up and takes away the travel needed. the one from gm specific for my car is totally diff. it also only drops the car .7 inches which helps with the vibration i have stock shocks in right now till my new kit comes and it only bottoms on really hard bumps. dont except bottoming as correct it doesnt have to be that way, ill update when i get the new kit next week. thanks for replying. be carefull of pfyc they dont want to take the product back...
