ok i have a jr supercharger with a 3.8 pulley,a crx dx,not gutted at all(thats how i wanna keep it) and a d16z6,a ACT stage 2 clutch n lightend flywheel i bought all the wiring through rywire.com to make my obd0-obd1 now i was going to put all this in this weekend but i read that it would be best if i bored the engine to a 1.8 liter...i dont kno much about building engines and the only reason i have the s/charger is cuz it came on a civic i had b4,so how do i go about boreing my 1.6 to a 1.8 like i asume u need bigger pistons like wut is the whole process?? what do you do to the head?what do you tell the machine shop?how much estimated will it cost? what brands are good?do you have to change the injectors? lol i probubly sound real dumb but thats why im asking..i kno alot about basic bolt ons but nothing about internals so most of all is it worth doing that with my setup? i want this too be a daily drivin car as well..sum1 help me out? ~marcus

Yes. I would agree. I would definently work on proper spelling and sentence construction before even attempting to work on a vehicle. Doesn't your school teach you this? I guess not.

it would take lots of time. it might be better to buy a new engine.

If you're going to bore it out to help get to a 1.8L, your cylinder walls are going to be way too thin to really handle forced induction. Plus the fact that you'll need to get some custom pistons made for the new bore, not to mention a new headgasket to fit your new bore. And if this is going to be your daily driver, you need to sway away from anything crazy like over boring. Stick with the stock bore and build it to handle boost.
