I don't even think your mounts are different. You are essentially putting the same motor into your talon that was in there before +a turbo.

So you will probably need an ECU from a GST or TSI, and maybe a turbo wiring harness. Other than that I think everything bolts right up.

If it's already out.

Look for any cracks in the block or heads, any place that is leaking oil excessively.

Before you put it into your new car I would advise taking it apart and replacing all the seals for the heads, valve cover and what not.

Check to make sure all the sensors are good.

Also might be a good time to replace all the lifters, and you can get some better oil squirters if you want.

This is also a good time to change cam gears or do any upgrades to the engine itself.

Definately do a compression test if at all possible. I wish we would have done that on Mikes car, we would have been able to get it for lots cheaper. I think whoever post above was right, a 4g63nt and a 4g63t uses the same engine mounts and I would assume the harness, but you might need one of those. I think all you would need is the ECU. Is the fuel pump in the NT going to be able to keep up with a turbo engine?

I think the fuel pump is the same in the NT as in the turbo, I know the injectors in the car are different.

But I'm not 100% sure in this case.

Hell it could use a walboro 190 anyway ;)

Change your fuel pump put in a better pump, this should have all the info you need to make an N/T into a turbo http://www.vfaq.com/FAQlocator-index.html

It's possible if its a sequential turbo setup...

But I doubt he has it. Let's see some pictures to back it up, subsrmything...
