92 ES300 Automatic Shifter Stick...

Anyone find nice replacements for the shifter on an automatic ES300? I've had a hard time finding one since it's wrapped in leather all the way down...can't just replace the little top part.
I'm thinkin about something all 007 lookin with the button on the top of the stick, not the side...that'd be pimp...but at this point, anything without worn leather would be cool.:smoka: :smoka: :smoka:
