map sensor

I just scanned my car and it sent out two codes. P0107 and P0108. The first code says map/baro circuit low input and the second code says map/baro circuit high input. How can the circuit have both high and low input errors? Does anyone know what this might suggest?

I also wanted to add that the scanner says my ignition timing is 10 degrees advanced. Is this correct?
